About the Speakers

Greg Colizzi
Vice President of Health Systems Marketing McKesson Medical-Surgical

  Greg Colizzi has been with McKesson for 16 years holding a variety of roles across the business. Starting on the emerging McKesson Brand product team where he worked on product/category assessments and contract negotiations. Later he transitioned to an investment purchasing function where he managed a team focused on reducing product acquisition costs. This was followed by a move into marketing as a segment manager for Surgery Centers, Oncology and Community Health Centers. Four years ago, Colizzi took a newly created role for Health Systems to lead their marketing strategy and go to market initiatives.
 

Bethann Maynard
Director of Customer Management, McKesson Medical-Surgical

 

Bethann Maynard, a tenured employee with more than 27 years’ experience, works in Richmond, Virginia at the McKesson Medical-Surgical corporate office and leads our Customer Management team. Bethann and her team are instrumental to the reporting, analytics and execution of savings opportunities for McKesson Medical-Surgical’s multi-market customer base, including formulary development for some of the largest health systems across the nation. During the past seven years, Bethann has worked with many internal departments to build and develop robust cross-reference programs, with particular focus on the development of the Savings Opportunity Tool. This tool was created to identify standardization, sku rationalization and conversion opportunities, resulting in cost reductions and increased efficiencies for many of McKesson Medical-Surgical’s customers.



Francis D’Avanza
Director of Strategic Accounts, McKesson Medical-Surgical

  Francis D’Avanza has been with McKesson for 16 years. He began his career as a local rep with Gulf South for 9 years before moving to the Gulf South Corporate Accounts Team for 3 years. Upon the acquisition of PSS, Francis moved into a role on the McKesson Health Systems team. These roles have been heavily focused on creating formularies and standardizing his customer for optimal financial, clinical and operational excellence. Most recently Francis executed large standardization projects with Bon Secours, Orlando Health and Health First to name a few.
