Keith Boroch joined McBee Associates in 2016 as Vice President of post-acute consulting. He manages and directs the successful delivery of results for McBee’s post-acute consulting clients and engagements.

He is a seasoned strategic, operational and financial leader with more than 35 years of startup, growth, and transformational experience primarily in the healthcare and financial services industries. His experience provides exceptional insight in the areas of operational, financial and strategic execution.

Before joining McBee, Mr. Boroch served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Barnabas Health Home Care and Hospice in New Jersey, President of the St. Luke’s Visiting Nurse Association in Pennsylvania and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the VNA of Mercer County in New Jersey.

Prior to entering healthcare in 2001, his experience included public accounting, consulting, commercial lending, consumer finance and other positions in manufacturing, agriculture and technology.

Mr. Boroch is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, PA, and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

He has spoken at national and regional healthcare events including Home Care 100 Leadership and Strategy Conference, NAHC Financial Managers Conference; and Post-Acute Link.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) finalized the Patient-Driven Grouping Model in October, 2018, to be effective on or after January 1, 2020. PDGM will change how home health services provided to Medicare patients is paid for. Understand what is changing and what you can do to prepare now!
